·         You must use one of the two phone numbers listed above to make your reservation to obtain the negotiated price and to have your room counted towards the number of rooms guaranteed by Kansas PTA in the convention contract. The hotel prefers you call one of the above phone numbers instead of using a printed form.

·          When making your reservation, please clearly identify that you are attending the Kansas PTA Convention.

·          Important Note:  All reservations must be made prior to April 1, 2003.  Rates for rooms reserved after this date will be based on current rates.

·         People cannot get the negotiated rate off the internet.  Reservations booked off the internet will not count towards Kansas PTA’s guaranteed number of rooms in the convention contract.. 

·        The Holiday Inn has also asked Kansas PTA to warn those who may try to book off the internet to try to get a better rate, that those rates are non-transferable and 100% nonrefundable (they make no exceptions to that rule).
